Characteristics and main use :
White crystal or yellowish powder, efflorescent in the air,decomposed at 150 when heated, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, bulk specific gravity: 0.6-1.4g/cm 3.
Used as catalyst in petroleum and artificial wool industries; good fire-proofing agent; also used as material for photo-taking, ceramics, pigments and medicine.
